Terms of service.

Vazut is an online dating and matchmaking service operated by Omniamus SRL, a company registered in Romania ("Vazut", "we", "us"). Vazut helps adults discover and meet other adults through AI-curated recommendations based on mutual attraction, optional identity and wealth verification, chat, and date-planning tools. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Vazut in any way. We verify ages and remove under-18 accounts; attempting to register as a minor, or uploading imagery of minors, results in immediate removal and, where the law requires, reporting to the competent authorities.

• One account per person, created with accurate information. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.
• We may ask you to verify your identity (government ID + live selfie) or your photos (live video frame match). Some features are reserved for verified members.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity on your account.

Vazut has a free tier and two paid memberships, plus optional one-time digital features (e.g. profile boosts, Super Likes):

• Premium — €9.99/month or €89.99/year.
• Visionary — €49.99/month or €449.99/year.

Exact prices are always shown at checkout, in your local currency where applicable. Payments are processed by Google Play (Android app) or Stripe (web); we never see or store your card number.

Auto-renewal. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. One-time packs do not renew.

How to cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period:

• Web (Stripe): Account → Membership → Manage subscription — the billing portal lets you cancel in a few clicks.
• Android (Google Play): Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vazut → Cancel.

After cancellation you keep your paid benefits until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to the free tier. Your account and matches are not deleted by cancelling.

The short version: you can cancel anytime; refunds follow the rules below. The same policy is summarised at vazut.app/refunds.

• EU 14-day withdrawal right. If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services, when you start using your membership you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, the withdrawal right lapses; for partially performed periods we refund proportionally for the unused time.
• Purchases made on Google Playfollow Google Play's refund process — request a refund from your Play order history; we honour Google's decisions and can assist at contact@omniamus.com.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full — contact us.
• Consumed one-time features (e.g. a boost already used) are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

To request a refund, email contact@omniamus.com from your account email. We respond within 5 business days.

• No minors — on the platform or in any imagery.
• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• No commercial solicitation, escorting, prostitution, trafficking, or scams (including romance scams).
• No impersonation, fake profiles, bots, or scraping.
• We enforce these with a combination of AI screening (including proactive detection of child sexual abuse material), human review, member reporting, identity re-verification, and account bans. Illegal content is preserved and reported to the competent authorities. See also our acceptable use policy, our child-safety standards and our law-enforcement protocols.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to host, process (including AI analysis for matching, verification, and safety), and display your content to other members as the product is designed to do. We don't sell your content. Deleting your account removes your content under the rules in our privacy policy.

Some membership tiers include shopping recommendations ("Style Picks", the Vazut Shop). Product links may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, the retailer pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made on the retailer's site under the retailer's terms — we are not the seller of those products.

We invest heavily in verification and moderation, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behaviour of any member. Meet people the smart way: in public, tell someone where you are, use the in-app SafeDate tools. Vazut is not responsible for members' offline conduct.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Data & privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations (safety, fraud, illegal content). Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

Vazut is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (including consumer rights under Romanian and EU law). We may update these terms — material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. EU consumers keep the protections of their country of residence and may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
