Vazut is operated by Omniamus SRL, a Romanian company. We're the data controller for everything described below.

• Account data — email, password (hashed), tier, sign-in history.
• Profile data — display name, date of birth, gender, location city/country, photos, audio / video intros, prompts you fill in.
• Behavioural data — the attraction ratings you give other profiles, who you message, who you match with, profiles you save or skip. This is what trains the matching layer.
• Device data — IP address, browser and OS strings, time zone. Used for safety and fraud detection.
• Payment metadata — handled entirely by Stripe; we see the subscription tier and last-four digits, never the card.
• Ad measurement — only when you tap Accepton the cookie banner. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

• Operate the matching service, surface profiles you'd actually be drawn to, and run the chat / safety layer.
• Keep the platform safe — detect spam, fake accounts, and abusive behaviour.
• Send transactional emails (sign-in, password reset, daily digest if you opt in).
• Measure whether our ads work, once you've consented.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful access requests, etc.).

We share strictly what each provider needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payments. They handle card data; we just get a token.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — photo and audio storage.
• Google Ads— ad measurement and conversion tracking. Only loads when you've accepted cookies; respects Consent Mode v2.
• Our hosting — Vercel (web) and Railway (API). Standard cloud-hosting providers.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with brokers, data aggregators, or any party not listed above.

Two kinds of cookies:

• Essential— your signed-in session and your consent choice. These always load; the site doesn't function without them.
• Marketing & analytics — Google Ads measurement. Loads only after you tap Accept; you can change your mind any time with the button below.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete the data we hold about you. Most of that is self-serve once you're signed in:

Account → Data & privacy — export everything we have on you, or delete your account. Both irreversible by design; we don't keep shadow copies.

If you can't access your account or you'd rather email us, write to contact@omniamus.com and we'll handle it manually within the statutory window.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete the account, we wipe profile content and operational data immediately. Transactional records we're legally required to keep (invoices, tax records, abuse reports) are retained for the period the relevant Romanian / EU law requires, then deleted.

Vazut is 18+. Accounts that fail age verification or come from people who later turn out to be under 18 are removed and their data deleted.

If we change this page in a way that affects you materially, we'll surface it before applying — via email or an in-app banner. The last update timestamp lives at the bottom.
